Full job description
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop.
Overseeing and growing the arts and crafts section of the website with the help of the marketing assistant.
Responsible for the ordering of stock and stock control in collaboration with the shop staff.
Setting in store prices in communication with line manager.
Organising cover for holidays and sickness
Helping organise and plan stand alone and site wide events including Craft Markets with support of line manager, other site managers and marketing assistant.
Organising and writing a weekly promotional newsletter in collaboration with your line manager and the Marketing assistant.
Overseeing Social Media for the shop.
Organising promotions and courses
Responsible for cashing up and ensuring the financials balance and paperwork is correct
Keeping the shop and website products on trend.
Must have retail experience, be competent on a computer with good Excel skills
Week 1 Mon-Sat
Week 2 Tues-Fri
9-5pm minimum
29 holiday inc Bank hols
£26,500 a year
